Based on decades of craftsmanship in the bespoke domain we created a whole process that won't need your actual presence, all under the direct supervision of Frederik Andersen himself. Whether we already have your measurements or not, your bespoke shirt experience will be as pleasant, exclusive and executed with the same precision as if we met you first hand.
All our remotely made garments are handmade and include a personal fitting review from anywhere in the world.

After your purchase, you'll receive a link by mail to set up your profile and schedule a remote consultation to design your bespoke shirt.

Bespoke products come with a 30-day alteration policy and a 30-day return policy . However, it is subject to the specific nature of each order, considering the level of customization involved.
Two examples:
1. You order a bespoke piece in a specific quality or color – close to standard size 50, without any monogram or design tweaks. This product will then be subject to our return policy.
2. You order Bespoke piece in a specific quality or color, with your own monogram and a different collar than our signature design. This will then NOT be covered by our return policy since it is considered a uniquely produced product, without the possibility of selling to any other customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Sweden, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Orders can be picked up daily, Mon-Fri 9-17. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 3 days using UPS. Flat rate shipping fee of 200sek applies to orders shipped outside Europe.
